Well according to previous years cut off analysis cut off ranks especially for general category go up high last year cut off rank for general was around 800-900(might do up 1500) so in that case there are very less chances of getting iihm bangalore though nothing can be predicted .(since no category is mentioned i assume you belong to general category)

Because you haven't mentioned your category, here is the opening (OR) and closing rank (CR) for all the categories from previous years cut off's. For General category OR is 420 and CR is 4500. For OBC category OR is 4713 and CR is 15311. For SC category OR is 5592 and CR is 20579. For ST category OR 7325 is and CR is 29720. So according to the category you belong to you may have a chance to get IHM Chennai.

According to your rank in the NCHMJEE, you can get admission in IHM Mumbai if you are in SC/ST/OBC category. If you are under General category you can't get admission in IHM Mumbai.

There are other IHM's such as IHM Lucknow, IHM Hyderabad, IHM Jaipur, IHM Bhubaneswar, IHM Bhopal etc. where you can get admission.

Seeing your rank and previous year cuttoff of NCHM JEE cutoff,you seems to have less chance of getting IHM.Rank should be under 8k under general category for IHM.Visit below mention link to know previous year cuttoff of NCHM:
