Thanks for query

Placement is quite good. Airlines is the one sector which genrally does not come to the college. Rest all like mnc, hotels, restaurants, food chains and many more. Taj, oberoi, clarks, kfc, irctc, dominos and many more are the few gaints that visit here. Along side there are many small and big chains which hire from here. Packages are also decent. Ranging from 15000-35000 per month. And can be more too.

Hi shubhank,

Few main differences between IHM and IIHM are:

(1) IHM is a government institution whereas IIHM is a private one.

(2) IHM offers a 3 years degree and also a pg level course. IIHM offers only degree level program. There is no post graduate program offered. IIHM also provides an opportunity to spend 1 years abroad.

(3) Being a government institution, IHM fees is quire less compared to IIHM.

As for the which is better, I again stress on the fact that i do not have adequate knowledge. however looking at their website contents and some internet search IHM (government one) seems to be better positioned.

THANK YOU!

yes according to your rank therea chnces of getting admission in ihm hjiopur. you can contact the college for the admission proces and they will guide you mrore about the fees structure and about the course as well. all the best. have agreat future ahead.

You basically lock your choices and you get selected based on your AIR .

There are 3 rounds in the process of counselling in which you also have to report to a reporting institute to verify your documents . This is usually after the first round .

After the first round if you haven’t gotten the institute you wanted you can opt for an upgradation which means the second round , so you fill your choices again and you get another institute as per your preference sequence , the same happens in the third round .

Also , in the next rounds if you don’t get the institute you wanted , you still have the one allotted to you in the previous round .

There are no further rounds , just an online process , that’s it .

All I’ll suggest you is put your preferences wisely , you never know , maybe you’ll get the institute you want in the last round!

Infrastructure is alright compared to a government college but some things need renovations and i have heard it is being done. Hopefully it would be completed soon and the college would have better infrastructure than before
