It also contains an auditorium to organise the various events, seminars, and meetings to build an academic atmosphere. There is also a cafeteria that provides a palatable and healthy food to nourish nutritional needs. The university also provides guest rooms for the visiting faculty in the other university to build close academic interaction among themselves.
The institute caters to all aspects of media studies and communication, thus offers five full-time courses across three degree levels. Continuing from a three-year BA (Hons) in Media Studies, a two-year MA in Mass Communication and Community Journalism to three one-year postgraduate diploma courses two of Mass Communication and Journalism, Film and Television Studies and, lastly, Film and Television Studies (Production Based).
