IP College Campus-2, Bulandshahr was established in 1970. This institute is affiliated and is based at Uttar Pradesh, India. It is spread over 6.12 acres. The total no. of students in this institution is 1,749. IP College Campus-2, Bulandshahr  has excellent infrastructural facilities to help the students increase performance in all possible dimensions. These departments are also provided with a reasonable library resource centre with adequate numbers of references' books, text books, Periodicals, and daily newspapers. The college offers various facilities to sports enthusiasts through basketball, chess, cricket, volleyball, and athletics. It boasts strong infrastructure in the area of IT with three fully air-conditioned state-of-art computer labs, besides Wi-Fi internet connectivity, OHP, LCD, and projectors. A well-designed auditorium which can accommodate approximately 400 persons to be seated at a time is essentially implemented for conducting various academic and cultural events. The campus has a gymnasium, a cafeteria, and departmental laboratories and transport facilities for students and staff. 

It has a total of 12 numbers of courses, out of which are the total number of 9 undergraduate-type courses and 3 postgraduate-level courses. The college offers a full-time programme with 12 intakes. In total, this institute accords admission to 1,190 students in all the courses offered. Under the flag of this institution, some very popular courses include 300 seats available in BCA, 240 seats in BBA, and 120 seats in B.Sc Biotechnology. Some other certainly unique college-level courses include M.Sc Biotechnology, B.Ed, and D.El.Ed-a vividly diverse range for assorted academic preferences.

Admission to the above mentioned courses differs. In almost all programmes, admission is strictly on merit and with marks scored in the qualifying examination being considered. However, some courses, especially courses offered by the Department of Education also consider scores obtained in the entrance examination or adopt a selection process as is the policy of the State Government, Union Territory administration, and the University.
