12 Months- This course covers all aspects relating to intellectual property such as copyright, trademarks, patents, industrial designs, geographical indications and trade secrets.
- A student enrolled in this program will learn about intellectual property issues pertaining to literary works, inventions, designs, symbols, artistic works, images, etc.
- In this course, a student will learn about a number of distinct types of creations of the mind which create a set of exclusive rights.
- After completion of this course, graduates may get opportunities in areas like law firms, corporate houses, government agencies, research and development units, and the like.
Graduates may work in positions like IP Analyst, Patent Engineer, Assistant Manager, Research Analyst, Business Head, to name a few.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
PG Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights is a one-year full-time Postgraduate Diploma course. The minimum eligibility for the course is bachelor's degree with 55% marks from a recognized university.
