ISDI School of Design and Innovation, Mumbai, is a standalone institute that started in 2019 to foster creative talent in the bustling city of Mumbai, which is a central nervous system of the financial capital of India. This is a fairly young and, at the same time, rapidly developing institution operating in the Lower Parel area. True to this concept, ISDI has a variety of programme options within many areas of design where they have 7 courses cut across 2 degree levels. The institute has a compact but selective student population, accruing 5 learners besides serving 6 committed faculty members. ISDI’s dedication to the design proficiency has an impact on its recent AICTE approval to maintain the educational standards. 

In order to encourage creativity and innovation at the ISDI School of Design and Innovation, it was equipped with modern facilities. Students are enlightened with a stocked library, which offers an array of materials that students could use to develop their academic works. There are contained design laboratories for various design disciplines that enable one to participate and experiment. An auditorium is used as a venue for events, seminars, and guest lectures, making learning more dynamic. The college has good IT resources that enhance student communication for improved learning and design tools and technologies. ISDI School of Design and Innovation is designed to cover all the fields specialising in design. It offers 7 full-time courses,, of which some are undergrad and some are postgraduate ISDI has undergraduates in Communication Design, Fashion Design, Fashion Communication Styling, Interior Design, Product Design, and Strategic Design and Management. However, for those desiring higherlearning, the institute has provided a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Design. A maximum of thirty students are offered in the PGD Design programme, which affirms the institute's focus on students’ needs and quality education delivery.

At the ISDII School of Design and Innovation, the admissions procedure is structured in such a way that it aims at finding and inviting creativity. For the Postgraduate Diploma in Design, we accept scores from the following examinations: GMAT, GATE, GRE, and the Postgraduate Diploma in Design of the National Institute of Fashion Technology-NIFT CEED examination.
