ITS Institute of Health and Allied Sciences, Ghaziabad was established in 2005 as a frontline institution in the field of health care education. This affiliated college is spread over 5 acres at Murad Nagar, Ghaziabad, in the state of Uttar Pradesh. This institute has been offering 7 courses in 4 degree programs, with special attention towards physiotherapy and biotechnology. Having a total enrolment of students amounting to 576 and a faculty strength of 38, ITS-IHAS provides an atmosphere conducive for learning. The institution is NAAC-accredited, thus assuring quality in education. Modern facilities for catering to the different academic pursuits have been constructed here.

The campus comprises a 100-bed Surya Hospital and a Dental Hospital for providing practical exposure to the students and for health-related requirements of the students.

 ITS Institute of Health and Allied Sciences offers courses ranging from undergraduate to postgraduate degrees in the health sciences domain. It offers 7 full-time courses. Among them, the undergraduate program in Bachelor of Physiotherapy stands with a duration of 4 years. These also comprise some graduate courses: MPT in Orthopaedics, Neurology, Cardiopulmonary, and Sports Medicine and B.Sc and M.Sc programs in Biotechnology. 

Admission to the ITS Institute of Health and Allied Sciences is on the basis of merit.UG Courses - BPT and B.Sc Biotechnology, are offered based on the marks secured in 10+2 examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English taken as compulsory subjects. In the case of postgraduate courses like MPT, the admissions would be based on merit in BPT examinations; furthermore, the student shall have completed the internship. The M.Sc Biotechnology course is merit-based and sometimes also involves an entrance examination conducted by C.C.S University. The Institute has a separate girls' hostel facility with proper and safe living conditions for outstation girls getting admitted to the institute.
