Jamia Tibbiya Deoband, Saharanpur was established in 1987. This is a co-educational constituent college, having Unani Medicine as the specialisation, with two courses and 311 student enrolment capacity. Situated on G.T. Road, the 5-acre campus has 42 faculty members. This college is affiliated and CCIM approved. The institute offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Unani Medicine for students who have the urge to learn about this age-old form of treatment. The college has various amenities that help students in their learning process. There is an attached 150-bed hospital to the institution, which apart from training students, also offers low-cost healthcare to the general public. 

Treatments essentially are based on the Unani system of medicine, though modern medical facilities are also available in the hospital. Separate hostels for boys and girls are available, offering utmost convenience to students in terms of accommodation. The total intake capacity of students in all courses taken together has been 311, thereby adhering to the very favorable student-teacher ratio for quality education as part of institutional commitment. 

Admission is based on the Merit at Jamia Tibbiya Deoband. For accepting admission to the BUMS course, selection will be from the marks of the applicant in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-NEET, followed by an interview. For MD Unani Moalijat, admission will be made through the All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test-AIAPGET. Admissions in all cases will be arranged in the light of the directions that have been issued by the High Court and the Supreme Court. The college offers a bus facility to the students, especially for females, and promises them safe and hassle-free travel.
