The college has a girls' hostel facility, which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.

There is a 150-bed Hospital attached to Jamia Tibbiya Deoband to train students in out-patient & in-patient departments and render free or at least low-cost medical care to the public. The treatment given to patients is mainly based on the Unani System of Medicine, but adequate facilities in Modern Medicine have also been made available. There is sufficient arrangement to accommodate 150 beds in the general and special wards of the Hospital.
