Jansons Institute of Technology (JIT), Coimbatore is an Engineering college, it was established in 2009 as the second venture of the Jansons FOundation in the field of Higher Education. JIT Coimbatore has been promoted by the Jansons Business Group which comprises a total of 14 companies in five business sectors, predominantly in the Textile sector which is connecting 40 countries across the world. Apart from Textile other sectors are Retail, Granite, Medicare, and Education.

The Jansons Institute of Technology (JIT), Coimbatore offers scholarship to their students. JIT Coimbatore offers two scholarship schemes, Management and Government scholarship. Check out the JIT Combatore scholarship scheme.

JIT Coimbatore Management Scholarship- AICTE Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme

Students whose parents annual income is less than Rs 4.50 lakhs including all the sources of incoming are eligible for JIT Coimbatore Management Scholarship scheme
All other JIT Coimbatore fees except tuition fee will be paid by the candidate
Beneficery student admitted under AICTE TFW scheme will not be allowed change

JIT Cointabore Government Scholarship

First Graduate JIT Scholarship- In this scheme, only government quota candidates are eligible. If the applicant’s Brother or Sister has already availed the first graduate scholarship for studying professional courses, then in such case they will not be eligible for any such concession.

Certificate obtained from Head Quarter Deputy Tahsildar in the format specified in G.O. which necessarily include name of candidates father, mother, grand father, grandmother, brother, and sister
Joint declaration by candidates and parent/ guardian

Post Matric Scholarship

The Tamilnadu Government grants post matric scholarship to candidates who belong to SC. ST, whose parental annual income of less than Rs 2,50,000/- and for SC converted to Christian religion and annual income less than Rs 2,00,000/-

Required documents

In order to be eligible for this JIT scholarship scheme, candidates will have to submit income certificates which should be obtained from the authorities and get the Post Matric Scholarship from the colleges where they get admitted.

BC/MBC/SC/ST/ Converted Christians (Adi Dravida) Welfare Scholarships- Only government quota are eligible whose parental annual income is less than Rs 2,00,000/-. For SC / ST / Converted Christian (Adi-Dravidar) Both Government Quota & Management Quota Students are Eligible and whose parental income is less than Rs 2,50,000 and converted christians (Adi-Dravidar) annual income Rs 2,00,000/-
