24 MonthsBachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a full-time two-year undergraduate degree course offered by the Kuvempu University, Shankaraghatta, and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be graduates with 50% marks either in a Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master's Degree in sciences/social sciences/humanities, Bachelor’s Degree in marks, or any other qualifications equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the course.
A student of Bachelor of Engineering or Technology (B.E/B.Tech) should have at least 55% of marks in Science and Mathematics in aggregate in all the years of the above two subjects studied.
SC/ST/Cat-I/ Physically handicapped candidates shall have a minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate of all three years of Bachelor's Degree. Students of Bachelor of Engineering or Technology should have at least 50% of marks in Science and Mathematics in aggregate in all the years of the above two subjects studied.
Admission Details
Admission shall be made on merit based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the state government/U.T. Administration and the university.
