Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) is a four- year full-time program that is the undergraduate level in pharmacy education course offered by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
Admission into first of Four Year B.Pharmacy.
As per the existing stipulations of A.P State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), Government of Andhra Pradesh, admissions are made into the first year of four year B.Pharmacy Degree programme as per the following pattern.
Category-A seats will be filled by the Convener, EAMCET.
Category-B seats will be filled by the Management as per the norms stipulated by Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.
Admission into the Second Year of Four year B.Pharmacy Degree programme (lateral entry):
As per the existing stipulations of A.P State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), Government of Andhra Pradesh, the candidates who have passed the qualifying Degree/Diploma and who have secured a valid rank in ECET Examination are eligible for admission into the Second Year of Study of corresponding Engineering Branch. The admissions will be made by the Convener, ECET as per the stipulated rules of A.P. State Government and APSCHE.
The Pharmacy (B. Pharmacy) is 10+2 level. Both the mathematics and Biology students at +2 levels are eligible for admission. The candidate has to qualify through the Engineering, Agriculture, Medical Common Entrance Testâ€Ÿ (EAMCET) conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education. The candidates seeking admission into the 20% management quota seats need not qualify in the common entrance test but have to secure 60% of the aggregate marks in the qualifying examination of 10+2.
