JSPS Government Homeopathic Medical College in Hyderabad is one of the oldest homeopathic medical Colleges in the state of Telangana was started in the year 1967. Under the Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal and recognised from CCH: The central council of Homeopathy, this government college is under the course of offering admission into the Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in Homeopathy. Located at Bhopal with a campus area of 5 acres, this college has RNG faculty members are around 43. JSPSGHMC offers 8 courses under 2 Degrees in Homeopathic medical field and it offers different courses of Homeopathic Systems. Alternative homeopathic education is one of the most popular fields in integral curriculum of the institute that rafts with quality education.

There are different facilities in the college to assist the students to achieve their desired learning objectives. Reading facilities comprise 12,034 books as on March 2006 with membership due to 520 and 21 journal subscription including 16 Indian journals and 5 foreign journals. For practical training purposes the college has well equipped laboratories that perform a number of clinical, biochemical, serological as well as hormonal assays. The campus has hostel facilities for the male and female students with a total of fifty (50) male students and thirty (30) female students. Other facilities are an auditorium for meetings and other functions, sports facilities, a gymnasium, and canteen. The college also offers facilities for implementing recent methodologies for teaching learning and information technology, a guest house for faculty visitors and students’ family.

JSPS Government Homeopathic Medical College provides all the courses in homeopathy. The flagship programme is the Bachelors in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), which is a four-year full time under graduate course with an intake capacity of One hundred & twenty five (125) seats . In the postgraduate level the college offer the following MD courses; MD Materia Medica; MD Repertory; MD Organon Philosophy; MD Practice of Medicine; MD Paediatrics; MD Psychiatry; MD Pharmacy. These postgraduate courses have small scores which are as low as 4 to 8 seats for each course intended to provide focused training.

JSPS Government Homeopathic Medical College employs the standards of examinations on the national level for its admission of students. For the BHMS program, an applicant must pass National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET).
