JSPS Government Homeopathic Medical College, Hyderabad Admission Process

JSPS Government Homeopathic Medical College, Hyderabad, is perhaps one of the most prominent and oldest institutes for homeopathy in India. It provides undergraduate and postgraduate programs in homeopathy in association with Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal, and is recognized by the Central Council of Homeopathy (CCH). Entrance into the college is through a very careful process designed to ensure excellence in the homeopathic field.

This is the normal procedure followed by the institution in admission via national examinations. The undergraduate course admissions are on the grounds of the NEET examination for the consideration of their scores. Postgraduate degrees are on the basis of the AIAPGET. Their entrance tests allow applicants to be fairly competitive in the selection process for homeopathic practitioner courses.

Candidates are required to have completed a 10+2 qualification where Physics, Chemistry, and Biology are compulsory subjects for admission into undergraduate programs. Merit obtained in NEET-UG is the basis for selection to the undergraduate program. Candidates must have completed their BHMS degree from a recognized institution of India and qualify in the AIAPGET for entry to postgraduate programs.

Have a question related to JSPS Government Homeopathic Medical College, Hyderabad ?

Hello Aspirant. I hope you have given your best for clearing NEET UG 2021 successfully. You mentioned your interest in pursuing BHMS as well as your expected marks but didn't mention your caste. So, I assume you belong to General category and I will try to give an answer based on that.

If you score 300 out of 720, your overall percentile may end up somewhere around 75.97 - 76.57 considering the difficulty of the paper to be moderate as well as your AIR should be within the range of 369872 - 440022.

If you score 300 out of 720, you have little chance to get BHMS at any government or private medical college although it is quite tough to predict exactly right now as cutoffs change significantly every year. But based on previous years' cutoff trend, it is advisable for a general candidate to keep their marks above 350 (400+ is recommended to increase the odds of getting admission) to get chance to grab a seat for BHMS at top-rated government medical college.
