JSS College of Arts, Commerce, and Science, Nanjangud, came into existence in the year 1968, is a co-educational institution situated in Mysore City of Karnataka. This affiliated college is NAAC-accredited and has a wide portfolio of undergraduate courses. Kabarak College occupies a spacious plot of land of 13.17 acres, with enrollment was 591 with 43 teaching faculty. It has four degrees offered to undergraduates in a broad spectrum of specialisation with equal distribution of males, 325,325 and females, 217 students. The college aims at providing quality education in arts, commerce and science streams and moulds the students to face the coming competitions in their future endeavours and higher education.
JSS College of Arts, Commerce, and Science is located in Mysuru, Karnataka. It is a private autonomous institution affiliated with the University of Mysore and accredited by NAAC with an 'A' grade. The college offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses across 12 streams, including Commerce, Science, Management, Arts, IT, Media, Agriculture, Hotel Management, Design, Law, and Vocational studies. The college boasts of the following facilities to help improve the learning of the students in their endeavours. It is functional and arguably one of the best learning resource centres, stocked with modern and traditional learning accessories. There is therefore a need to ensure that female students who travel from distant places are well accommodated. The college has a girls' hostel to ensure that they are on their own and can manage. The college also has good sports /sports and games facilities because the college understands the need for students to participate in sports and games as part of providing a balanced character development and an extra activity besides academic activities.
JSS College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Nanjangud offers four full-time undergraduate programmes: Holders of bachelor’s degree include Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). These are three-year courses which were designed to fit different academic leanings and career goals. The college offers intakes to a total of 591 students across all programmes and thus is very much determined to offer quality education to as many students as possible within the region.
