Accordingly you can check the cut off and apply for the colleges. Try searching for other alternatives as a backup for the admissions.
It's not clear about MJ college yet.
You can surely convert seat at MJ college of engineering and Technology for ECE, CSE and Electrical engineering branch.
Curoffs have bene under 10000 ranks and hence wonderful prospects.
You can also convert ECE at JNTU Hyderabad, Sultanpur and Karimnagar campuses.
