to get an admission one need to be cleared 10+2 with physics, chemistey and biology (PCB) as their primary subject with score not less than 50%. There is no mentiomed about caste. So yes even you are not jain, still you can apply for this college and get an admission.

Type of College - There are 3 types of Colleges for BAMS
1) Government - Cutoff of GOVERNMENT COLLEGES range in 420+ for General Candidates and 400+ for OBC.Fees is lowest in range of 20000
2) Semi - Government - Cutoff for this type of Colleges are somewhat lower and fees is higher than government in range of 40–50000. Its Cutoff is 400+ for General Candidate and 360+ for OBC.
3) Private - Now this is the most variable type of cutoff. As Colleges with low fee tend to have higher Cutoff and high fee college has low cutoff. Fees is in range of 1–3 lakh per year. Cutoff is in range of 300+ for General and 280+ for OBC.
