1. Admission notification is looked up in official pages of either Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, or Kalka College.

2. Obtain and fill the application form while following the directions provided by the Academic Council of CCS University, Meerut.

3. After submission of the completed form along with all necessary documentation needed this generally includes:

• 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates
• Passport-size photographs
• Any other documents pointed out by the college/university 

4. Pay the application fee as prescribed by the college.

5. Finally, wait for the merit list or other instructions regarding counseling, if any.

For MCA,

1. Take the entrance exam (CAT, UPCET, or MAT).

2. After the results are declared, see the college website for details about the application procedure.

3. Fill the MCA application form and include the details of the entrance exam.

4. Submission of the application along with:

• Entrance Exam Score Card
• Graduation Mark Sheets and Degree Certificate
• 10th and 12th Certificates
• Other documents as specified by the college

Degree Wise Admission Process

BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications): The number of students that are admitted to the three-year BCA program of Kalka College of Computer Applications stands at 120. Admission into this degree program will be governed by the rules laid down by the Academic Council of Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, and students who have completed their 10+2 education are eligible to apply. Admission may be based on the percentage achieved in the qualifying tests, merit, or a counseling system applied in accordance with the provisions of the university.

MCA (Master of Computer Applications): This is a three-year program with an intake of 60 seats. The candidates must have appeared for the national-level entrance exams CAT (Common Admission Test) or state-level entrance exams like UPCET (Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Test) for applying to the MCA program. In some cases, MAT may also be considered to be acceptable for exam scores. Candidates, therefore, should possess a graduate degree in their relevant discipline. In college/university mode, the final selection will be done based on the performance of the candidates in entrance examinations followed by counseling or interview.
