Kalka Institute for Research and Advanced Studies, Meerut (KIRAS), was established in the year 2005. This co-educational institute falls under a 5-acre campus situated at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. KIRAS is an affiliated college approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). The total strength of students in the institute is 281, whereas the strength of the faculty is 25.

The B.Tech programme has specialisations in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology, and Mechanical Engineering.
