The college has library facilities in the students' minds and persuades them to think distinctly and critically; it is incumbent upon all of us to instill reading habits in them. Reading not only helps to gather novel ideas but also develops effective basic study and writing skills. To this cause, the college library has been enriched with a trove of books vital for the flexibility of mind and multidimensional thinking of students.

There is a variety of books, including textbooks, reference books, 21 Journals, encyclopedias, dictionaries, manuals, etc. Every year, our college goes on adding more books. The library is designed to meet the future needs of changing patterns and contains the latest books on all subjects. A variety of newspapers and magazines are also subscribeto d for daily information. 

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students. Science and Mathematics are not mere disciplines of study but also a way of life. Science and mathematics education at the school level has to focus not only on the development of understanding and skills but also on the development of a scientific temper among learners. To achieve objectives and to develop the skills of observation, experimentation, and inferring among prospective teachers, our college has fully furnished the SMRC. It is well equipped with sufficient apparatus, charts, models, teaching aids, and other materials for conducting several experiments, activities, and demonstrations of physics, chemistry, Biology, and mathematics at the secondary level. Learning by doing is the cardinal principle of the teaching-learning process, and pupil teachers here at SMRC get sufficient space and opportunities to bring theory into practice. 

The College has a well-furnished Auditorium facility.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The College of Education also provides medical facilities and has a qualified doctor on campus.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students. Computers made it possible for a vast amount of information to be made instantly available. So the ICT resource center is designed to meet the computing & communication needs of institutions. The college is a sprawling campus with a well-equipped ICT Resource center with a network of computers with an internet facility, along with LCD, OHP TV, and DVD, for training and creating awareness among prospective teachers about ICT & its use in teaching & learning. The students of the college are made acquainted with Wordpad, Paint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, E-mail, Chat, and Internet, etc. The computer is taught as a compulsory subject. The students work in resource centers on subject-related projects under the supervision of their respective subject teachers. 

The college has sports facilities for all students. In order to keep our young talents full of life and vigor, we encourage and organize lots of sports activities in the college. The list includes cricket, football, badminton, softball, and many more. The institute organizes sports events every year for the students. We believe in healthy hearts and strong minds. 

The college has spacious architecturally designed lecture and tutorial rooms, airy and electric gadgets, glossy chalkboards, and flannel boards all intact, and furnished with adequate modern furniture.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The Placement Cell, the marketing division of the college, has the following functions and responsibilities :

• Nurtures Industry College interaction by organizing and coordinating frequent industrial visits, implant training, and projects of industrial relevance for the students, with the sole aim of bridging the hiatus between the industry and academia.
• Receives and forwards the feedback pertinent to curriculum improvement from the visiting companies to the faculty, to ensure that the curriculum follows the latest industrial trends.
• Helps every student define his/her career interests through individual expert counseling.

The college has a Club offers the pupil an opportunity for specialization, which he does not have in the classroom. In the classroom, his work is formal; in the club, it is informal. Club represents freedom & expressions. The Science & Math club is formed in college, which provides opportunities for the self-realization & self expression of the students. Aids Awareness programme, poster making competition on energy conservation, programme on nuclear power are being organized by this club. Ramanujam Jayanti is celebrated, who was a great mathematician. Different competitions are being organized from time to time.
