• According to the authorities, the NEET-UG 2024 exam will be conducted on May 5, 2024, whereas the NEET-PG 2024 will be held on July 7, 2024. 

Karwar Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) is a premier medical institute located in Karwar, Karnataka. Established in the year 2016, it is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. KIMS is dedicated to providing quality medical education to its students, with a strong emphasis on research and development. 

KIMS offers undergraduate and postgraduate medical courses in MBBS, MD, and MS. The KIMS UG courses are offered based on  NEET UG scores, and for PG, admission is based on NEET PG examination scores. Students who have passed class 12th with PCB with English and at least 50% marks are eligible for UG courses, whereas, for MD and MS admissions, candidates must have MBBS degree or its equivalent. The KIMS also has a well-equipped sports complex and a hostel facility and library for students. 

KIMS Medical College runs several healthcare programmes such as free medical camps, health awareness programs and health education programs. KIMS also provides healthcare services to the economically weaker sections of society.
