24 MonthsPost Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two -year full-time postgraduate Course offered by Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies, Harihar recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
PGDM is a two year full-time Post Graduate Programme in Management, spread over six trimesters. The entire programme is a unique educational experience.
Eligibility Criteria
A bachelor's degree (10+2+3 OR 10+2+4) in any discipline from a recognized university, with not less than 60% overall aggregate marks. Students appearing for the final year examination may also apply.
Admission test scores of any one of the below tests
• CAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, MAT, ATMA, Maharashtra CET (For Pune Campus), Karnataka CET (For Harihar Campus).
Admission Details
1. The candidates meeting the eligibility criteria are called for the PI-ST (Personal Interview & Skill Test) process at one of the centers. Selected students are intimated by email/phone/mobile.
2. Admission Interview Process consists of the following parameters
- Written Skill Test
- Personal Interview
3. The candidate is shortlisted on the basis of the overall rank computed taking into account of the following components and their weights as defined by AICTE:
- Score in common entrance tests (CAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, MAT, ATMA, Karnataka CET): 25%
- Academic Performance: 30%
- Group Discussion / Extempore / Written Skill Test and Personal Interview: 45%
- Work Experience/ Sports/ Extra-Curricular activities/ Notable Achievements: additional 5%

kirloskar institute of management have good infrastructure and they have good facilities . the campus climate is good . All the classrooms are well equipped with air-conditions,. the campus location is good.
