KJ Somaiya Polytechnic Mumbai is an autonomous grant-in-aid polytechnic under the Government of Maharashtra, established in the year 1963. KJ Somaiya Polytechnic Mumbai was granted academic autonomy by the Government of Maharashtra in the year 1994. KJSP Mumbai has been accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). KJSP Mumbai is affiliated with Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education Mumbai.
The courses offered at KJ Somaiya Polytechnic Mumbai include diploma programmes in various specialisations.
