KLE Dr MS Sheshgiri College of Engineering and Technology, Belgaum was established in 1979. KLESCET Belgaum College is approved by AICTE and is a constituent college of KLE Technological University, Hubbali. The KLESCET Belgaum offers courses at UG, PG and Doctoral levels are offered for full-time in offline.
