• KLESCET Belgaum Ph.D admissions will be done according to the university rules and regulations. 

• The candidates must attend the VTU-ETR entrance examination.

• Candidates who qualified UGC-NET(including JRF)/UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF) / SLET / GATE/ CAT or other similar national tests, the candidates selected under ADF/QIP / FIP and full-time NRI/FN/PIO candidates are exempted from VTU-ETR.
