    Konkan Gyanpeeth Rahul Dharkar College of Pharmacy and Research Institute, Karjat, was set up under the aegis of Konkan Gyanpeeth in the year 2006 in the state of Maharashtra, India. It is an affiliated NAAC-accredited college that functions under the approbation of AICTE and PCI, catering to impart technically sound education towards fostering improved pharmaceutical sciences. The total enrolment in the institute is 339 students with 39% male and 61% female students. The college has maintained an appreciable faculty strength of 31  members with 4 courses in 3 degree programs and is focusing on varied aspects of pharmacy education.

    The huge campus of the institute is proud to maintain all its infrastructural facilities that are built to provide students with the right facilities for learning. The library, being a support service, is available in the total area of 262.46 sq. meters containing more than 7,000 books, including 1,655 books on unique titles, and 700 reference books. The students have subscribed to 18 reputed national and international journals, with e-resources made available to them. The campus is modernly equipped with laboratories that cater to pharmaceutical formulations and their testing machinery. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled throughout to ensure that learning can be facilitated with a 32 Mbps internet connection. It also extends the facilities of the computer laboratory with LAN in order to avail of current ICT-enabled teaching methodologies.
