Dr. Ravindra G. Sapkal, Chairman of Kalyanii Charitable Trust, Mumbai, established the Orchid International School in 2006 at Anjneri Hills, Nashik. Following this, the Sapkal Knowledge Hub was formed as an integrated educational complex offering undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. LGNSCOE is approved by AICTE. 

The institute offers courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels that include BTech and MTech in the Engineering field. LGNSCOE is transparent and purely based on merit.
