Dr. Ravindra G. Sapkal, Chairman of Kalyanii Charitable Trust, Mumbai, established the Orchid International School in 2006 at Anjneri Hills, Nashik. Following this, the Sapkal Knowledge Hub was formed as an integrated educational complex offering undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. LGNSCOE is approved by AICTE.

College has overall good buildings but has campuses a little small compared to other colleges in Nashik they are very congested all the buildings are connected and they look as an box cleanliness should be maintained
