The LCIT Department of Legal Studies is a comparatively youthful organization that offers legal education and was founded in Bilaspur in 2018. This affiliated college is based in Bilaspur in the Indian state of Chhattisgarer on Raipur Road near High court of MP High court circuit, it is approved by Bar Council of India (BCI). The institute occupies a large 20-acre area which includes ample space for all academic as well as co-curricular facilities. The department currently has a faculty of 6 members to support a faculty strength of approximately 300 students The department aims to provide three full time law programs to students who wish to build a carrier in the field of law.
Although there is scarcity knowledge about some of these amenities, the institute’s close proximity to the High Court offer students practical leaning on the real body of law. This closeness can be especially helpful since the students can gain privileges of the court visits and meeting other lawyers. The LCIT Department of Legal Studies provides three extensive law programs, and all the programs are day division. These are a 3 year LLB program and two five year integrated programs namely the BA LLB and B Com LLB programs. A broad spectrum of these courses enable the students to select a course that suits their career goals whether their goal is a pure law practice or a course that merges law with arts or commerce.
