B.Sc Zoology at Little Flower College, Guruvayoor Offline Course

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Zoology is a three-year full-time undergraduate Course offered by Little Flower College, Guruvayoor and affiliated to University of Calicut, Malappuram.

The Department of Zoology was established in 1957 offering an undergraduate course in Zoology. Since then, the department has made many remarkable milestones always ensuring good academics irrespective of caste and creed. Being inspired by patron saints St. Little Flower and St Francis of Assisi we make the students self-reliant and compassionate who can make positive contributions to the society. We are deemed to ensure the academic brilliance of the students incorporating the most recent areas of modern Animal Biology. Being one of the oldest departments to be established in a remote locality, it strives to promote all-round development of young generation especially young women by inculcating a spirit of honesty, trust, respect, responsibility, environmental awareness and love towards Mother Nature. Field trips and nature camps are held regularly as an essential part of curriculum and study tours ensure that learning is not confined to the classroom. In order to promote the academic and other cognitive skills department organizes seminars at various levels providing the students a platform for scientific exchange and are encouraged to seminar presentations, quizzes, discussions, and debates on recent topics
