The institution ensures that students have access to a variety of scholarships, free ships, and concessions. They are divided into two categories: those supported by the government or universities, and those sponsored by colleges. Little Flower College Guruvayoor scholarships are awarded to deserving students at the start of the first term of the programme. In addition to financial aid from the state governments, the college offers scholarships for deserving students, students from low-income families, and students who succeed in extracurricular activities. Little Flower College Guruvayoor scholarships are offered to students based on their academic performance. In order to apply for government scholarships, candidates need to visit the National Scholarship Portal. 

The administration takes the initiative in providing financial assistance to worthy and needy students by offering price reductions, subsidised hostel accommodations, and assistance with the purchase of books, uniforms, and other study supplies, among other things. The management also gives special attention to the communities that are socially and economically disadvantaged. The college and its sponsors have established 92 scholarships in honour of retired principals, heads of departments, and faculty members, which are granted to eligible students as well as periodic special prizes by the administration.
