Lokmanya Tilak Institute of Architecture and Design Studies, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, was established in 2011. This is a well-known affiliated college, approved by the Council of Architecture, with specialisation in architectural education and design studies. The college is affiliated with Mumbai University. Having a compact area of 1.599 acres, this campus provides ample opportunity for focused learning to budding architects. The institute currently has a total enrolment of 376 students and is supported by a faculty of 23 dedicated professionals.
LTIADS boasts of various facilities available to make the learning process of its students enriching. Currently, LTIADS has a single principal course, the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) programme. This is a full-time, five-year degree course and the mainstay of the institute's academic programmes. The approved intake of 80 seats makes the B.Arch course at LTIADS wholesome architectural education that also prepares the students for bright prospects in their careers. Since the institute offers a single specialised programme, it provides a concentrated and in-depth approach toward the studies of architecture.

Admission admission comes out very clearly on the lines of national norms of architectural education at LTIADS. It accepts admission scores in two major entrance examinations, namely, the National Aptitude Test in Architecture and the Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main).
