The minimum qualification required for admission to all the candidates under the three-year course in education is a bachelor's degree of a university established by law, which is recognized by MJP Rohilkhand University, with minimum 45% marks, 42 percent for backward caste and SC / ST for 40 percent. This minimum percentage has been fixed by the Bar Council of India (Resolution No. 110.2008 approved in the meeting of Bar Council of India dated 14.09.2008).
