72 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy Ph.D. program in Hindi shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including coursework, and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned offered by Sikkim University, Gangtok.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate must have done a post-graduation degree or M.Phil in the relevant discipline for reserved category students) in aggregate from any recognized 55% marks (50% university or institute. Merit list is prepared considering performance in written test and needed in the written test to qualify and be considered for interview (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD). interview.
