About LV Prasad Film and TV Academy, Chennai

The LV Prasad Film and TV Academy (LVPA), Chennai, was established in 2005 and is Asia’s largest provider of post-production services. The courses are designed as per the UGC's guidelines for the Choice-Based Credit System. The LVPA is an authorised training partner for FICCI's Media & Entertainment Skills Council, a Government of India Initiative. The LVPA offers various programmes at different levels. The LVPA courses include diploma, and undergraduate, postgraduate, and certificate courses. The candidates must fulfil the LVPA eligibility criteria before applying for the desired course. The students are required to undergo the PCAT (Prasad Creative Assessment Test) for all the LVPA courses.
