Maharaja College, Ara, came into existence in 1954 as a reputed constituent college situated in the city of Ara, Bihar. This is a co-educational institution with a sprawling area of 16 acres that has been accredited by NAAC. The institution has a total student population of 9,352 and a faculty strength of 45, offering a rich variety of courses—32 in number—offered in as many as eight degree programmes.
