Hello there. If you want to change your seat then you have to choose the option of float by which you can keep the current seat and can look for other college in upcoming rounds.

Well, during my time of regesrteration, they were not open during Sundays.

As most of the people verifying you are the college professors of that college, so availability of them during Sundays is not possible and hence registeration cannot be conducted
