Hi,
With your rank in JEE mains, it is difficult to get any college through JOSAA counselling.
It will be better to try for any private colleges which accept jee main score.

chances are less to get best govt. seat in NITs/IIITs but you can try it out in josaa counseling.

Can I fill choices in JOSAA 2018 for B.Arch through JEE Mains paper 2 and JEE Adavanced AAT simultaneously( jee mains paper 2 rank = 201)?

Yes counselling for Both Jee Mains Paper2 and AAT shall be conducted by JosAA.

AAT results expecte on 18th June 2018.

Counselling thus shall tak eplace post that for IITs and NITs and CFTIs.

To get eligible for iit you need to qualify Jee Advance.

What should be my order of choices in josaa counselling for SC category rank of 1600 in jee advanced 2018

Go for IIT Mumbai with branches like computer science, electronics
Or IIT Delhi
IIT Chennai will be best option for you.

Hey dear as per last year cut off trends you can get Jossa at round 2 definitely or max by round 3 .nothing more than that so hope your clear with your doubt.

Regarding preference of college I would suggest you To try NITs and some newer IITs you have
