Eligibility criteria for JEE Advanced- You should've successfully qualified JEE advanced and should'v scored atleast an aggregate of 75% marks in 12th standard qualifying examination. If you belong to the SC/ ST/ PwD category, then you should have secured aggregate marks

Yes. All the counselling rounds are first conducted. After the last round gets over, you will be informed about the reporting date by alloted institute. Generally reporting dates are in last week of July. But the fees can be paid till a later date; not mandatory on reporting day. (institute

With a MAT score you cannot apply in JoSAA council. If you want to pursue engineering you have appear for examinations like GATES not CAT/MAT/XAT which are for MBA aspirants particularly.
