With a MAT score you cannot apply in JoSAA council. If you want to pursue engineering you have appear for examinations like GATES not CAT/MAT/XAT which are for MBA aspirants particularly.

As given on the website, you clear the cut off marks in Jee Mains for your category but your PCM aggregate is less than 65%.
So you don't qualify for Josaa counselling.

Yes you may get seat in new NITs or IITs if you have category with that rank. But be patient till the last phase of counselling till the seat is alloted. You also have a chance of getting seat in spot round. You can also use home state benefit

You can go for the counseling processes and if you get a college and when you go for the admission in that college they will check the 10+2 percentage. At that time they wont give you admission if you are less than 75%.. .
