MBS School of Planning and Architecture was established in 2009 by the ACME Educational Society. The school imparts architectural education to meet the ever-changing needs and challenges of the future needs of architecture. The college is affiliated to G.G.S.I.P.U and it is approved by COA and AICTE.

MBS School of Planning and Architecture offers B.Arch -5 years course. The admission to this course is through the National Aptitude Test of Architecture (NATA), conducted by Council of Architecture. The detailed admission process of this degree course is given below.
The admission process for B.Arch- 5 Years Degree Programme:
- Candidates need to appear for the National Aptitude Test of Architecture (NATA), conducted by Council of Architecture.
- Candidates also need to appear for GGSIPU CET and counselling.
- Admission to B.Arch is based on qualifying marks obtained at 10+2 or 10+3 years diploma, NATA scores and GGSIPU counselling.
- The final merit list is prepared by GGSIPU after counselling.
- Finally, candidates need to visit the MBS SPA and complete the admission process.
MBS School of Planning and Architecture has the facilities of the library, labs, design studios, seminar hall and cafeteria. The details of these facilities are given below:
Library: The library of MBS-SPA has a large collection of books on all subjects in the curriculum like architecture design, history of architecture, building construction & materials, landscape design, urban design, building services, town planning, professional practice and interior design. MBS SPA has subscribed good numbers of national & international journals, magazines and newspapers and has links with different digital libraries
Lab: The institute has the following lab:
Carpentry and Model Making Workshop: This workshop has the necessary machines and tools. The students are introduced to workshop practice. They learn architectural model making and use the workshop facility for their design models.
Surveying and Levelling Laboratory: The Lab has a complete range of instruments and regular practical works are conducted.
Climatology Laboratory: The lab introduces the concepts of climatology and environmental studies and landscape.
Building Materials Laboratory: The library has various range of fixtures, fitting equipment and samples that can be used by students for research and study. Samples of woods, stones, tiles, sanitary wares, plumbing etc along with student's work are displayed for reference.
Construction Yard: The construction yard is an open space which gives the students full opportunity to experiment and explore their ideas on the ground.
Computer Laboratory: The lab of MBS SPA provides an opportunity for students to enhance their designing skills digitally. The computers are loaded with the latest design software.
Design Studios: MBS School of Planning and Architecture has a design studio which is equipped with drafting boards, a mounted projector, and display boards to put up student work. Here, students can explore and experiment with their design concepts.
Seminar Hall: Seminar hall is aided with audiovisual presentation facilities and a seating capacity of 200. Various events are organized at MBS SPA.
Sports: The institute has facilities for cricket, football, basketball, table tennis, and other indoor sports like carom, chess within a campus.
Cafeteria: MBS SPA has a specious cafeteria, that maintains a hygienic environment. Food and refreshments are available for the students at a nominal cost.
A Café Coffee Day Counter: The counter of Cafe Coffee Day is available for the students to rejuvenate themselves.
Stationery/Printing Shop: Stationary and printing shop facility is available for students.
Open Air Theatre: OAT at MBS SPA is centrally located. All the grand events and functions are organised here.
Common Rooms: Separate common rooms for girls and boys with indoor sports facilities is available.
