MDS Girls College of Education is a women only affiliated college situated in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, India. Located in the village Foona, near Noorpur Amroha Road, Jujhela Chauraha, this institution occupies a total land area of 2.75 acres. The college is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), a statutory body to ensure quality education in teacher training institutions. At present, the college has 154 students and 16 teaching faculties so that students can easily get individual attention. The college provides two courses: B.Ed. and B.Com., for future teachers and commerce professionals, respectively. 

The college promises to support several amenities intended for improving the learning conditions of the students. The library has over 3105 volumes in more than thousand different titles and journals, encyclopaedias, and dictionaries. There is also the plan to inoculate an e-library in the institution in order to increase its resources. In line with this, practical learning areas include departmental laboratories, which of course include a modern and well-stocked physics lab, a mathematics lab, and a science lab. There are attractive building colours with nice backgrounds; hence, joyous and positive atmosphere prevail on the campus. Multi-media rooms are located on each floor to enhance various learning-teaching methods.

MDS Girls College of Education offers two primary courses: B.Ed. and B.Com. The B.Ed. programme which is the flagship course, has an approved student admission capacity of one hundred students and takes two academic years. The B.Com. programme, however, is a three-year full-time course of study. Both of the programmes are intended to give education in their respective disciplines. The college’s B.Ed programme is geared towards preparing students to teach in the colleges. The overall student admission in all courses offered by the college is 154, this means that we have a clear and targeted enrolment with classes that are easy to contain.
