The Medha College of Engineering for women was started in the year 2008, the college is located in Laxmi Devi Gudem Village, Bibinagar Mandal, Nalgonda District, Telangana. It is affiliated college for co-education and has got the approval by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Medha College employs 149 members in the faculty and provides a wide array of engineering and management courses. The analysed institute offers 10 courses at four degree levels: undergraduate B.Tech, postgraduate M.Tech, vocational Diploma, and postgraduate Management and focuses on engineering and management fields.

Medha College of Engineering owns several facilities which seek to complement the learning process of students in the institution. The fully stocked library also plays major role in dissemination of information as a way of enhancing the students’ resource base. Recently established skill-based labs for every department provide students with practical exposure to integrate conceptual knowledge with practical ones. Medha College has also boasted of good IT standard to stress the importance of technology acquisition by the students. For the learners who loves sports and games, the college provides for sporting activities for the healthy growth of the learner physically as well as in the social aspect.

Through this educational institution, Medha College of Engineering provides 10 courses that are all complete only programmes. These are four B.Tech programmes in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering each having an intake of 60 students. It also provides two diplomas with Diploma in Civil Engineering being the most popular with an intake of one hundred and twenty students. For the postgraduate level the institute offers two M.Tech Programmes in Computer Science and Engineering and in Structural Engineering with an intake of 18 and 24 respectively. Besides it the college also having MBA programme with having 60 seat. All the B.Tech fee structures are at forty-five thousand one hundred only and the Diploma in Civil Engineering and MBA programmes is forty-six thousand five hundred only and fifty-four thousand only.
