Meghraj Memorial B.Ed College, Barauni, is a co-educational institution recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). This course, a two-year full-time course, is intended to equip students to prepare for a teaching career at the secondary or higher secondary level.

D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education): D.El.Ed has an intake capacity of 50 students. The admissions to this course are also done merit-wise, considering marks obtained in the qualifying exams and/or marks in the entrance exam. The process will also be determined by state government and/or UT administration policies. This diploma program aims at preparing professionals to teach for elementary education.
