MIT College of Engineering and Management, Hamirpur, with the help of the government, was founded in the year 2009 and is situated in Bani Barsar, Himachal Pradesh. This is a co-education institute and an affiliated college recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). As an institute emphasising engineering education, MIT Hamirpur has provided several B.Tech courses in the several streams. The college has a strength of 148 and 94 members on faculty which is beneficial in terms of the ratio of students for each teacher.
