Motiram Baburam Government Post Graduate College, H.B.G. Postgraduate College, Haldwani, better known as MBGPG, is one of the premier educational colleges established in the year 1960. It is a campus affiliate to 5 acres located in Nainital, Uttarakhand, equipped with NAAC and approved with NCTE. The college has an extensive range of 53 programs under 10 degrees for a total student enrolment of 11,752 students. This faculty strength comprises a total of 149 members, with MBGPG ensuring quality education in various fields like Arts, Science, Commerce, and Education.
The college provides a string of facilities as part of its structure for the overall development of students. It has a well-equipped library with a storehouse of knowledge for all graduate, post-graduate, and B.Ed courses, with separate reading rooms for both boys and girls. The sports department offers a basket full of both indoor and outdoor games, such as hockey, football, cricket, volleyball, basketball, and athletics. The laboratories, most of which are required for zoology, are well-equipped. There is a modern gymnasium, computer labs full of the latest tools of software, and an auditorium to carry out events and seminars. MBGPG also houses guest rooms, an alumni association, and a training and placement cell to focus on overall competence in the students, as well as assuring their careers.

College Infrastructure
Infrastructure of this college is quite good. It has a well-stocked library with new edition books. We have a well-equipped lab for doing physics practicals. The college also has canteen that offers fast-food services. It is also the place where students spend most of their time. The hostel is very safe for girls. Mess food is very hygienic and tasty.
Good faculty and a good atmosphere, and it is a very good.

College Infrastructure
Infrastructure is just decent. There are Wi-Fi, Labs and library, etc. The hostel infrastructure is quite good. Food available there is decent and there are sports and medical equipment available. There is also a playground in the hostel.

College Infrastructure
Faculty members are very supportive and guide us toward Ph.D. for sure. Wi-Fi is available in both the college and hostel. There is a library and reading room in the college, and there is a fully Wi-Fi reading room available in the hostel too. Hostel food is very budget-friendly, and there is a separate medical room in the hostel. Also, game events are organized by hostelers every two months.
