Mount Faran Polytechnic, Hubli: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Mount Faran Polytechnic, Hubli is a private institute of technical education that was established in 2008. The college is AICTE-approved and affiliated with the Directorate of Technical Education, Bangalore. The Mount Faran Polytechnic also known as MFP Hubli offer diploma course with various branches. Civil, mechanical, electrical and electronics, computer, and electronics and communication engineering are various branches provided as part of the MFP diploma course. Candidates do not need to appear for any MFP entrance examination as the admission process will be based on the marks obtained in the Karnataka SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) which is 10th class. 

MFP admission will be conducted through online non-interactive counselling. 50% of the MFP seats will be reserved for various categories of students as prescribed by the state government. MFP campus is extended over 5 acres and well equipped with all the necessary facilities required for students. Library, laboratories, sports, auditorium, and hospitals are some of the MFP facilities provided on the campus. Approx. 150 students are pursuing their diplomas with the help of more than 40 faculty members from the MFP campus.

Mount Faran Polytechnic is located in Hubli of Dharwad district of Karnataka state. Hubli is a town located just 18 km from its district headquarters. Hubli Central Bus Station is just 3.5 km away from the campus and students can easily board a bus from there or hire a private taxi. Hubli railway station is at a distance of 5 km from the college. The domestic airport of the Hubli is also just 5 km from the MFP college.
