The Bachelor of Education (B.E.D) is a 2 year course. For B. E.D you have own a bachelor's degree from any university and should have minimum 50% of marks. B.E.D is mainly for the teaching profession.
The famous colleges offering B.E.D in India are
University of Delhi, Guru Govind Sing college, Calicut University, MG University, IGNOU, Lucknow University.
Course fees vary from 20000 to 2 lakh a year depending on the university. Public Universities has entrance exams like IGNOU and if you crack it, you only have to pay minimal fees. There is also distance education for B.E.D.like Madyapradeah Bhaj University.
