Nalwa College of Education was established in the center location at Ujha Village in Panipat district of Haryana State in 2006. This is a Co-Educational college and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education, The total enrolment of students is 504, while the faculty strength is 38.

The admission to all programs at Nalwa College of Education is merit-based, based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. Admissions to B.Ed and M.Ed are done as per the policy formulated by the state government, UT administration, and the affiliated university. The D.El.Ed course follows the merit-based system according to the policies framed by the state government or UT administration.
