NCE Hassan is a newly established engineering college located in KIADB Thimmanahalli Industrial Area, along NH 75 in Karnataka. NCE Hassan admission processes are structured along the guidelines laid out by the Government of Karnataka. NCE admits students based on merit in state-level and national-level entrance examinations.

For undergraduate admissions, the principal entrance examinations under NCE include the KEA CET and the COMEDK UGET. Generally, the undergraduate eligibility criteria at NCE require the students to qualify for 10+2 or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
