NC College of Education, Panipat Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has a Separate hostel facility for Boys that exists within the campus, which includes all basic facilities. Gymnasium, Table Tennis, LCD Movie, etc are available in the Hostels.

In addition to the above, indoor facilities, including Table Tennis, Chess, and other games, are available in the Health and Physical Education Resource Center.

The college has excellent IT infrastructure for the students.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The college has an ultra-modern multipurpose hall with a seating capacity of 200 and a dias of more than 2000 sq. ft for conducting Welcome parties, seminars, Annual Functions/ Farewell Parties, etc.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

Psychology Lab:- 

The Educational Psychology Laboratory of the institution is well equipped with all the necessary psychological Tests including Intelligence Tests, Aptitude tests, Creativity tests, personality tests, personality scales, Attitude tests Interest Inventories, apparatuses, Photos, Charts, transparencies, CDs, stopwatches, etc. of standard quality. The psychology lab is being used by the students, and they are acquainted with the knowledge, administration, and interpretation of various psychological tests & apparatus.

ICT Resource Centre:- 

The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) resource centre of the Institution is enriched with all the necessary modern equipment like slide projector, overhead projector, LCD Projector, Television, VCD, scanner, geometrical figures, models, charts, maps, transparencies, slides, whiteboard, flannel board, etc. of standard quality. The technology lab is being utilised both by teacher educators and teacher trainees. The students are acquainted with the knowledge, uses, working, and operation of various technology & aids. The students have to prepare transparencies, PowerPoint presentations, charts, and models for their teaching subjects. Teachers make use of various aids for teaching purposes & give demonstration lessons to make the learning of various topics interesting and effective. The state-of-the-art computer laboratory is equipped with the latest Core 2 Duo Computer terminals. The machines are loaded with a variety of Operational & quality Teaching Software, like Microsoft Office. The teaching tools can be used for preparing the best teaching materials. Internet facility is also available on all the terminals. An ample number of computer terminals are available as per the syllabi of Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University, Jind.

Language Lab:- 

To upgrade the language proficiency of students in speaking English, N.C. The College of Education, Istana has established a language laboratory. Studies related to language are conducted in the language lab in areas like testing listening comprehension, mother tongue interference, story and action dialogue, travel, business, everyday life, learning to speak English, grammar topics, etc. English Deluxe 10 of the BPS Publication is available in the lab. Six Major sections that are available in the software are Basic Expressions containing all the expressions introduced in the Basic Course, Story and Action containing the dialogues from all the lesions in the Comprehensive Courses, Grammar containing reference grammar, Appendices containing handy grammar charts and a grammar glossary, Vocabulary containing the vocabulary arranged alphabetically according to the foreign language, Indices containing alphabetical indices of selected grammar points and Story and Actions dialogues.

Curriculum Lab:-

N.C. The College of Education is opening a Curriculum Laboratory as per the guidance of NRC NCTE's new Regulations, 2014. A collaborative panel of both faculty and students worked toward the goal of creating a lab that would meet and exceed the needs of the College as required by NRCNCTE in New Norms & Standards. The result is a central location that combines the qualities of a materials centre, mini-library, and idea centre. The Curriculum Laboratory is a centre for instructional materials in teacher education. It is designed for students and teachers in the professional core courses in education, the specialised professional courses, student teaching, and the required activities related to student -teaching. These labs have been fully equipped with all essential requisites for imparting practical training in Science subjects. There are plenty of charts, specimens,s and models related to Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology,y and Social Studies as well as various items needed for the Practical of different streams available to carry out practicals at the Secondary School Level. The Curriculum Lab’s number one goal is to keep up-to-date and to provide students with the materials and equipment they need to be the teachers they want to be. Your suggestions are always welcome. We ask that each student sign in when they enter the lab, even if the visit is only for a brief period. By providing proof of the lab’s use and importance, we can continue to provide services and remain in operation. When in the lab, remember to check the bulletin board for current information on field-related lectures, classes, and general education information.

Health Physical and Yoga Resource Centre:-

Art and Craft Resource Centre:- 

The Interior Decoration Resource Room is well-equipped to meet the pupil-teacher requirements. The focus is on:

 Utilisation of waste by making the best use of it 

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
